How organisations mark it
- Pledge to take part in the Collective Day of Action and report the people you reached.
- Post the ready-made Fight BAC! messages and graphics to staff and community channels.
- Run a clean, separate, cook and chill session in a school, canteen or senior centre.
- Check fridge thermometers and cooking temperatures at home and at work.
- Ask a local health department inspector to talk to staff or families about what they see.
