Registration Types and Prices

All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.

Please note:​

• Virtual registrations are unable to be shared.

• If you are registering as a full time student, you may be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status, discounted registration applies to those who are currently not working or receiving an income.

• Concession rates are for those that may be retired or currently not working or receiving an income.

• You must be a member of the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA), or Australasian Injury Prevention Network (AIPN), to register under the Member type, you will be asked for your membership number.

Virtual Registration Inclusions

• Access to all live presentations, with recordings being made on demand following the sessions;

• Access to on-demand presentations and e-posters;

• Access to virtual Exhibition Hall;

• Downloadable content including program, abstract book and handouts;

• Live Q&A sessions with Keynote Speakers;

• Live networking sessions; and 

• Opportunity to register for virtual workshops.

Virtual delegates will also get access to the content on demand for 3 months following the event, with access closing Sunday 27 June 2021.

We Encourage you to Schedule Time to Participate

Our top tip is to schedule in your Showcase attendance in your diary and leave calendar just as you would if it was a face to face meeting.

​

From the last 12 months experience, we know that trying to multitask your usual work and life on top of a virtual event with many engaging sessions and content can be a fairly frustrating experience.  To avoid this feeling, we recommend scheduling in your Showcase time to maximise your interactions and learning even if you can’t be in the room.

We will be giving away one (1) complimentary registration (excluding flights and accommodation) to the 14th World Conference on Injury Prevention and Safety Promotion 2022, being held in Adelaide, South Australia in 2022. We encourage you to engage in the virtual content, connect with others, watch sessions and visit our Showcase Supporters to earn points.

The registered participant with the most points at the Showcase Closing Session on Friday 26 March 2021 will be notified by email and given an opportunity to redeem their complimentary registration (virtual or face-to-face).

To participate, sign into the Virtual Showcase Portal and look for the trophy symbol for opportunities to earn points.

Group Registration

Organisations are able to arrange group bookings and invoices. This includes managing registrations and payments for multiple registrations.

As a Group Coordinator you will first need to create a login then you will be able to register and manage attendees.
